I always enjoy the monthly Portland Flickr Meetup, even though I do get the occasional odd look from some of the older members who say “boy I don’t miss film at all!”, many of them have a good sense of humor and enjoy photography no matter what method you use to capture light. If you’re in the Portland area please stop by!

I shot this while walking through Washington Park. I don’t know if it’s the film (FP3000B) or the camera (NPC 195) or some combination of the two, but this really harkens back to what I was saying yesterday. Are the shots better because of the equipment? Or because this year I have already been more active in just about every department one could be active in? I’ll have to ponder this some more…
